Kylie started her art career studying Art History and Fine Art. Then continued on to study Graphic Design at the Art Institute of Santa Monica. After an apprenticeship, she continued to work for seven years as a tattoo artist in Los Angeles. Kylie and her husband moved to Portland Oregon where she continued to tattoo in a private studio before deciding to combine their industries of hair and tattoo. Kylie specializes in black and grey, and blackwork. Kylie's studio inside Capulet will be in a small private room, continuing the same safe and secure atmosphere that has been provided for the last three years. Kylie strives to be inclusive. All are welcome in Capulet.
