Chris and Kylie have been in their industries for ten years, starting in LA where they honed their crafts. After moving to Portland, they started taking steps to combine tattoo and barbering. Barber and tattoo shops have a long history of shared culture and clientele.  Both industries have advanced in expertise and legitimacy and found a place in modern mainstream society. Which makes it convenient that as a barber and a tattoo artist, they married. Capulet's brand of service (developed over a decade of work in LA & Portland) is focused on not just providing high quality work but on developing long lasting relationships with its clients and staff.  It’s of crucial importance to Capulet that we maintain a reputation for great work and a vanguard of staff that genuinely care about the people they serve. While also having a fun and inviting atmosphere that is open to any person who wants a cut or a tattoo.
